do 2 days ahead

1 Pint sour cream

1/2 pound pepperoni , finely chopped

1 round loaf of bread

Mix sour cream and pepperoni well. Store, covered in fridge for two days. This allows the sour cream to absorb the pepperoni flavor. Serve in a hollowed-out loaf of bread using bread pieces for dunking. You may need extra bread or crackers. Guys especially like this one. Don't be afraid to make a double or triple batch.
